In late-stage capitalism, therapy has become a service that fewer and fewer have access to. As we enter a new paradigm, there’s an invitation to redefine how we support each other. We’re all equal, and access to resources should not determine whether or not we can find help.

To build trust and respect between us, I ask that you be honest with what you can afford. Money is a sacred form of energetic exchange, even though it’s unfairly distributed. Giving generously shows a commitment to the deep work we’ll be undertaking. 

I manage my energy to avoid burnout, and balance my values with my needs. As such, I may limit the number of low-fee agreements. For those looking for a suggested offering, £50 per session could be appropriate. Giving more than this will support my personal development.
