FAQ

How much do sessions cost?

I’m currently trailing a sliding scale. See here for more info.

How long do sessions last?

Each session lasts for 60 minutes. The amount of sessions is open-ended unless we decide otherwise.

Do you work online?

I work online via Google Meet, via phone or in-person from central Glastonbury. My venue of choice is The Avalon Centre, which is accessible and close to the centre of town. I also have a guest pass for The Chalice Well garden – a great location for eco-therapy.

If you have any further questions please get in touch using the contact form below. If you’re ready, book a free consultation.

Are sessions confidential?

I take confidentiality seriously. I may consult with my supervisor about cases and share select details anonymously within a peer supervision group. If certain crimes are mentioned (drug trafficking, money laundering or terrorism) or I feel there is a serious risk of harm, I may be required to break confidentiality. Ideally, we will discuss how to navigate these issues together.

Where possible I use software that respects privacy, such as Proton Mail. Anonymous session notes are stored securely offline, aligned with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Are you accredited?

I’m a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere to their ethical guidelines. My Registration number is #00996750.

I also hold an enhanced DBS certificate and am fully insured.
